Joe Bond

Hi! I make trailers and videos at The Garden Cinema in London.

I used work on press and marketing for documentary film festivals like Human Rights Watch, and Sheffield Doc/Fest. I animated the illustrations of Morten Morland and Michael Heath, and read poetry for the podcast of a weekly magazine. I ran an ADHD peer-support group for filmmakers. It's all on my LinkedIn

I enjoy new collaborations, whether filming, writing, or sound and music recording.

A short audio documentary recorded during the 2022 heatwave, of late-night intimate conversations on Parliament Hill. Made as a personal project. Listen on PRX.

Yeastie Girlz Film

I'm currently editing a short documentary, raising funds and seeking a producer so that filming can continue in the USA. It's about Cammie, a member of San Francisco feminist rap group The Yeastie Girlz. In the 1980's they ruffled feathers with songs like Get Your Hands Off My Body. Watch Cammie's last adventure in Lewes, England, before she moves back to the US. Once a teenage rebel, now a mum and jewellery maker, what does feminism mean to Cammie today?
